1)  Avoid Alcohol Consumption- Yes if you are thinking about Reducing your  belly fat, reduce the Alcohol consumption, because it stresses the liver  and it want to overcome the toxins, it leads to the Building of Stomach  muscle
 
 2) Stop Doing Crunches- The Crunches just increases the  Stomach muscles, it had no role in the Belly fat,So its better to do  less Crunches.If you want to less the fat in belly do the Reverse  Crunches, but be patient spot reduction is not possible, it takes more  and more time
